Office cleanouts and office furniture removal in Phoenix

Desks, cubicles, chairs and old electronics cleared out early in the morning or on a Saturday, so your business keeps running.

  • One truck, one 14-yard dump trailer
  • Price confirmed before we load
  • Donated and recycled first
  • Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm, same-day when the route has room

Office moves, downsizes and closures leave behind the furniture nobody wants to ship: L-shaped desks, cubicle panels, conference tables, rolling chairs and filing cabinets that weigh more than they look. Pinkies clears it out so you can hand back the keys or set up the new layout.

We work small offices, professional suites, retail back rooms and home offices across the Phoenix metro, loading into a 14-yard dump trailer and pricing by how much of it you fill.

Scheduling around your business

Most offices do not want a crew carrying desks through the lobby during business hours. We start as early as 7am and work Saturdays, so the job can be finished before the phones start ringing or over the weekend. If the building has a loading dock, freight elevator reservations or move-out rules from property management, tell us up front so we can plan around them.

Office parks and suites in Tempe, Chandler and Scottsdale often have tight parking for a truck and trailer. Send the address and we will work out where to stage.

What we haul from offices

Usable furniture goes to donation first, and working office chairs and desks are some of the easiest items to place. Electronics and metal go to recyclers instead of the landfill.

  • Desks, credenzas and conference tables
  • Cubicle panels and workstations (we break them down)
  • Office chairs and reception seating
  • Filing cabinets and bookcases (emptied first)
  • Computers, monitors, printers and copiers
  • Break room fridges and microwaves
  • Boxes, old marketing materials and shelving

Partial cleanouts and reconfigurations

Not every office job is a full closure. Swapping old cubicles for an open layout, replacing worn task chairs, or clearing a storage closet that turned into a junk room are all common. We take only the pieces you point at and leave the rest of the floor untouched. If new furniture is arriving, book us for the morning before delivery so the space is empty when the installers walk in.

Data: wipe or remove drives before pickup

We haul computers, but we do not offer data destruction or certificates of destruction. Before we arrive, have your IT person wipe or pull the drives from computers, servers, copiers and printers; many copiers store scanned documents. Shred paper files that hold client or employee information. Once that is done, we take the hardware to e-waste recycling.

Pricing an office cleanout

Office furniture is bulky, so it fills the trailer fast. A few desks and chairs may fit the $149 minimum, a small suite is often a half trailer at $299, and a full trailer of about 14 cubic yards is $599. Larger offices are priced per load; see pricing. Text photos of each room and we reply with an estimate, and the final number is confirmed on-site before loading.

Closing a home office or emptying a storage room at the same time? Add it to the same visit. See move-out cleanouts and appliance removal for the break room.

FAQ

Office cleanout: common questions

Can you remove office furniture outside business hours?

We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, so early mornings and Saturdays are the usual way to stay out of the way of staff and customers.

Do you take cubicles?

Yes. We break down cubicle panels and workstations and haul them along with desks, chairs and filing cabinets.

Do you shred documents or destroy hard drives?

No. We do not offer data destruction or shredding. Wipe or remove drives and shred sensitive paper before pickup, then we haul the hardware to e-waste recycling.

How much does an office cleanout cost in Phoenix?

Pricing is by trailer space: $149 minimum, $299 for a half trailer and $599 for a full trailer, with loading and disposal included. Larger offices are priced per load.

Do filing cabinets need to be empty?

Yes, please empty them first. Full cabinets are very heavy, and the papers inside may hold information that should be shredded.
