Scottsdale covers a lot of ground, and the junk changes as you drive south. In Old Town it is condos, elevators and short-term rentals. Around McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch it is HOA neighborhoods and furniture upgrades. In older south Scottsdale ranch homes it is remodel debris and decades of garage storage.
We are based on the north side, so Scottsdale is a short run for us. Text a photo to (206) 554-1524 and we will reply with a trailer size and a window.
Old Town condos and short-term rentals
Condo jobs come with their own rules: freight elevators that need booking, loading zones with time limits, and parking garages a 7 by 14 foot trailer cannot enter. Tell us the building and any move-in rules when you book. We reserve what needs reserving and carry the load out to where the trailer can sit.
Short-term rental owners and managers call when a unit is being refurnished or sold. We work to the gap between guests: old furniture out before the new delivery, and a photo when the unit is clear. See move-out cleanouts for tenant and owner turnovers.
McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch
These are established HOA neighborhoods, and HOA rules commonly limit how long a dumpster or bulk pile can sit in view of the street. A typical job here is a furniture upgrade, a guest room cleared for a new purpose, or a garage that collected a lot of patio furniture over the years. We load from the garage or side yard and leave the same visit.
Remodel debris from older ranch homes
South Scottsdale has a lot of homes from the 1950s through the 1970s, and many are being remodeled. That produces cabinets, vanities, old carpet and pad, doors, drywall, fencing and the original kitchen appliances. We haul it straight from the driveway, which is often cheaper than renting a dumpster you load yourself.
Tile, concrete and other heavy material are quoted by weight. If your remodel involves old popcorn ceilings, flooring adhesive or siding that may contain asbestos, have it tested first. We cannot haul suspected asbestos. More on this at construction debris removal.
- Kitchen and bath tear-outs: cabinets, vanities, counters
- Carpet, pad and old flooring
- Drywall, lumber and doors
- Old appliances and water heaters
- Fencing and shed tear-downs
Pricing, timing and where it goes
A single item is $149, a half trailer is $299 and a full trailer is $599, with labor and disposal fees included. Remodel jobs often run more than one load, priced per load. Usable furniture and working appliances go to donation first, metal goes to recyclers, and remaining loads from here typically go toward the Salt River Landfill area east of Scottsdale.
Same-day pickup is common when you call before noon. If you are farther north, see North Scottsdale.
