Most of Chandler sits inside an HOA, and that shapes how people get rid of junk here. Piles cannot sit in the driveway for a week, dumpsters and portable storage often need approval, and bulk items at the curb draw letters. Having someone load it and leave the same visit avoids all of that.

Around Ocotillo's lakes and in Fulton Ranch, homes are well kept and the rules are strict. The typical job is a garage that has slowly filled up, old patio furniture being replaced, or a loft and a spare bedroom cleared out before guests or a sale.
Because we load straight from the garage or backyard into the trailer, nothing sits out overnight. If your community has gate access, send the gate instructions with your photo so we are not stuck at the entrance.

Downsizing near Sun Lakes and south Chandler
South Chandler borders Sun Lakes, one of the larger 55-plus communities in the Valley. Downsizing jobs here are often a mix: some pieces going to family, some to donation, and the rest hauled. We sort as we load, so usable furniture goes to donation first and only true junk goes to the nearest East Valley transfer station or recycler.

Office and tech-corridor cleanouts
Chandler has a lot of office space, especially along the Price Road corridor and the business parks near the Loop 101 and Loop 202. When a team moves, shrinks or refreshes furniture, the leftover desks, chairs, cubicle panels and old electronics have to go somewhere.
We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, which covers early mornings and Saturdays when buildings are quiet. Wipe or remove drives from computers before pickup. Electronics go to recyclers. Details are on our office cleanout page.
Booking and pricing in Chandler
We are based on the north side, so Chandler pickups are easiest to schedule a day or so ahead. Prices are the same everywhere: $149 for a single item or minimum, $299 for half the trailer, $599 for the full trailer, with disposal fees included.
