North Phoenix is where Pinkies is based, so when you call from Desert Ridge, Norterra or Happy Valley, you are not waiting for a crew to cross the whole Valley. If the day's route has room, we can often be in your driveway the same afternoon.
Most of what we haul up here comes out of newer two-story homes, townhomes and the apartment communities between the Loop 101 and the CAP canal. The jobs are usually not huge. They are the couch that will not fit the new place, the garage that filled up after a move, or the last load nobody wants to deal with before a lease ends.
Neighborhoods we cover
North of Bell Road is our home stretch, from the I-17 corridor across to Tatum and up toward Carefree Highway. If your neighborhood is not listed, it is almost certainly on the route anyway.
- Desert Ridge and the streets around the Loop 101 and Tatum
- Norterra and the newer builds west along Happy Valley Road
- Stetson Valley and the foothills homes near Jomax
- Moon Valley and its older ranch homes on bigger lots
- Deer Valley, including the business parks near the airport
- Paradise Valley Village and the neighborhoods off Cave Creek Road
Apartment and townhome move-outs
The apartment complexes around Desert Ridge turn over constantly, and move-out week is when people find out the leasing office will charge for anything left behind. A typical apartment job is a single couch, a mattress set and a few bags, which is our $149 minimum, or a half trailer when a whole one-bedroom is being cleared.
Upstairs units are fine. We carry it down the stairs, so you do not have to rent a dolly or bribe friends. If you are already gone, send photos of the unit and arrange access with the office, and we will text a photo when it is empty. For bigger turnovers, see our move-out cleanout page.
Two-story tract homes and full garages
A lot of Norterra and Stetson Valley homes have a game room upstairs and a three-car garage that slowly became storage. Old sectionals, treadmills, kids' furniture and boxes from the last move are the usual mix. A packed single bay often fits in a half trailer at $299; a garage that has not seen a car in years usually takes the full trailer at $599.
We bring the furniture down the stairs, sweep the garage floor and sort donation items on our side. If you want to see what a typical job looks like, our garage cleanout page has the details.
Where North Phoenix loads go
Usable furniture and working appliances come off the trailer first at donation drop-offs. Metal and electronics go to recyclers. What is left typically goes to the City of Phoenix North Gateway Transfer Station off I-17, which is a short run from most of North Phoenix. That short trip is part of why same-day works well up here.
Old fridges, washers and water heaters are typical single-item pickups in this area. Our appliance removal page covers how to get them ready.
