Anthem is a master-planned community, and that shapes how junk removal works here. HOA rules commonly limit how long a dumpster, a storage pod or a bulk pile can sit where the street can see it. A roll-off that sits for a week while you fill it on weekends is exactly what those rules are written for.
We do it differently. One truck, one pink trailer, and a crew that loads it for you and leaves the same visit. Text a photo of what needs to go to (206) 554-1524 and we will answer with a trailer size and a window.
Built for HOA neighborhoods
Most Anthem homes fall under the Anthem Community Council plus a neighborhood association, and the gated Anthem Country Club side has its own access process. Tell us if you are behind a gate and we will arrive with your name and address ready for the guard or the call box.
Nothing waits on the curb. We load straight from the garage or the side yard into the trailer, sweep the spot and drive off. If you would rather not be home, approve the quote by text and we will send a photo when it is done.
The family garage cleanout
The classic Anthem job is a two-car garage that slowly became one car, then zero. Outgrown cribs and toddler beds, bikes with flat tires, broken patio chairs, old TVs, boxes from the last move and the treadmill nobody uses. We sort as we load, so donations come out first and the rest goes in the trailer.
A packed one-car side is usually a half trailer at $299. A full two-car garage tends to fill the trailer at $599. Read more about garage cleanouts, or see what each trailer size holds.

Parkside, Daisy Mountain and the move-out rush
Homes on the Parkside side and up toward Daisy Mountain change hands regularly, and the week before a closing is when people call. If you are selling, renting or moving out, we can clear what the movers will not take, then haul the leftover move-out pile once the truck is gone.
Anthem sits right off I-17, which makes the drive in short for us. Loads from here typically go to the City of Phoenix North Gateway Transfer Station off I-17 after donations and recycling are dropped.
Yard and storm debris
Monsoon storms between July and September knock down palm fronds, mesquite limbs and backyard shade sails across Anthem. We haul storm debris, dead shrubs and old landscaping material. Rock and decomposed granite are heavy, so those are quoted by weight.
