Mattresses are awkward. They flop, they do not fit in most cars, and they are not something you want leaning against the side of the house for two weeks waiting for a bulk trash day. We carry them out of the bedroom, down the stairs and onto the trailer, and the spot is clear the same afternoon.

Any size, any type. Memory foam, hybrid and innerspring all go the same way. Adjustable bases are heavier and have a motor, but they are still a normal pickup.

Why mattresses rarely get donated
We donate usable furniture first, but mattresses are the exception people ask about most. Most donation centers will not take used mattresses at all, for hygiene reasons, and the few that do want them nearly new and spotless. So plan on yours being disposed of. Metal bed frames and the steel in box springs and adjustable bases go to the metal recycler.

Bed bugs: tell us up front
It happens, and it is nothing to be embarrassed about. If you know or suspect bed bugs, say so when you book. We bag the mattress and box spring before they leave the room so nothing drops on the carpet or stairs on the way out, and those pieces go straight to disposal, never donation.
Landlords and property managers dealing with a vacated unit in places like Tempe or Mesa can book this the same way. Pair it with a move-out cleanout if the tenant left more behind.
Pricing and pickup
One set is $149. Several mattresses, like after a guest-room refresh or a short-term rental turnover, are usually priced as a half trailer at $299. You do not need to be home if the mattress is in the garage or at the curb and you approve the quote by text. We send a photo when it is gone.
Mattress stores do not always haul the old one away when they deliver, and some charge extra or require it to be stripped and waiting at the door. Booking us for the same morning means the old set is already gone when the new one arrives, and the delivery crew walks straight into an empty room. On summer afternoons, a mattress left outside in the sun is also no fun to move, so earlier in the day is better.
