Cave Creek properties are bigger and rougher than a typical Valley lot, and the junk reflects it. Out here we load rusted panel fencing, broken hay feeders, a decade of feed sacks, a camper shell that never sold, and furniture that moved from the house to the porch to the barn before anyone admitted it was done.
We run one truck and one bright pink dump trailer out of the north side, so a call from Cave Creek usually lands on a route we are already driving. Text a photo of the pile to (206) 554-1524 and we will answer with a trailer size and a window.
Horse properties and ranch outbuildings
A lot of Cave Creek junk lives in outbuildings: a hay barn with a collapsed corner, a tack room full of cracked saddles and moldy blankets, a shed packed tight enough that the packrats moved in. We clear these down to the slab and sweep what we can reach.
If the shed itself has to go, we can take down small wood or metal sheds and haul the pieces. Fencing, corral panels and old gates are fair game too. Heavy material like a crumbling block wall or old concrete pads is quoted by weight, not by trailer space.
- Barn and tack room cleanouts
- Old sheds, lean-tos and shade structures taken down and hauled
- Panel fencing, wire, gates and feeders
- Dead mesquite and palo verde limbs after a storm
- Household furniture parked outside for too long
Long gravel drives, washes and tight turnarounds
Plenty of homes around Black Mountain, Spur Cross and the roads north of Carefree Highway sit at the end of a long dirt or gravel drive, sometimes across a wash. Tell us about the access when you text the photo. A 7 by 14 foot trailer needs room to turn around, and if it does not have it, we back in or carry a little farther. Either way we plan it before we arrive instead of discovering it at your gate.
After a monsoon storm we check the wash crossings before we commit to a time. If the road is soft, we will tell you and move the window rather than get stuck in your driveway.
When your regular hauler will not take it
Many homes in Cave Creek use private haulers for weekly trash, and those routes generally do not take couches, appliances or a trailer of brush. That gap is where we fit. One call covers the whole pile, with labor, loading, hauling and disposal fees included in the price.
Most single items, like a refrigerator or a dead recliner, land at the $149 minimum. A tack room or a one-car garage of stuff is usually a half trailer. Clearing a full outbuilding often fills the trailer. See our trailer-load pricing for what each size holds.
Same-day is most realistic here
Because we are based on the north side, Cave Creek, Tatum Ranch and the neighborhoods off Cave Creek Road are where same-day pickups are easiest to fit in. A morning call or text gives you the strongest shot at a same-day slot. If the day is full, we book the next open window and stick to it. We also cover neighbors in Carefree and North Phoenix on the same runs.
