Gilbert is full of young families, and young families accumulate things fast. Car seats, cribs, toddler beds, toy bins, bikes, the playset the kids stopped climbing and the trampoline with a torn net. Add the usual garage overflow and you have the typical Gilbert job.
We show up with one truck and one pink dump trailer (about 14 cubic yards), take apart what needs taking apart, load it, sweep, and leave. Text a photo to (206) 554-1524 and we reply with an estimate.
Playsets, trampolines and backyard gear
Wooden playsets and swing sets come up a lot in Gilbert backyards. They are heavy, awkward and usually bolted together, so we take them down in sections and carry them out through the side gate. Trampolines get the same treatment: springs off, frame broken down, mat and net bagged.
Sending a photo of the backyard and the gate width helps us plan. Old basketball hoops, broken patio furniture, sandboxes and above-ground pool parts all fit in the same load.
- Wooden and metal playsets, slides and swing sets
- Trampolines and safety nets
- Portable basketball hoops
- Patio sets, grills and old outdoor rugs
- Bikes, scooters and outgrown toys
Garages in Agritopia, Power Ranch and Val Vista Lakes
From the farm-style homes around Agritopia to the lake lots at Val Vista Lakes and the long blocks of Power Ranch, Morrison Ranch and Seville, the garage is where everything ends up. Most of the time the goal is getting a car back inside before summer heat.
A two-car garage often lands around a half to full trailer, $299 to $599, including disposal. Our garage cleanout page walks through how we sort donations as we load.
HOA rules and bulk piles
Almost every Gilbert neighborhood has an HOA, and most of them do not like piles at the curb or a rented dumpster sitting in the driveway for a week. The town runs bulk trash pickup on a schedule, but if you miss the date or your pile is bigger than the limit, it can sit there and draw a violation letter.
Our way avoids that. Nothing goes to the curb. We load straight from the garage or yard into the trailer and drive away the same visit. Loads typically go to donation first, then recyclers, then the nearest East Valley transfer station or recycler.
Scheduling from the north side
Our base is on the north side of the Valley, so Gilbert is easiest booked a day or two out. If the route has an opening, same-day can happen too. You do not need to be home if the items are accessible and you approve the quote by text. If it is mostly furniture, see our couch removal page.
