Moving day always ends with leftovers. The truck is full, the new place is smaller, and there is still a couch, two mattresses and a garage of half-packed boxes standing between you and handing back the keys. Pinkies clears what is left so you can leave on time.
We are an owner-run crew with one truck and a 14-yard pink dump trailer. One visit, priced by how much of the trailer you fill, loaded and swept before we leave.
Tenants: protect the deposit
Furniture or trash left behind is one of the easiest ways to lose part of a security deposit. If you are moving out of a rental, book us for the day before your walk-through. We take the leftover furniture, broken items, patio stuff and the pile of bags by the door, then sweep so the cleaners or the landlord walk into an empty unit.
Apartments with stairs are fine. Tell us the floor, whether there is an elevator and where the trailer can park, so we plan the time right.
Landlords and property managers between tenants
When a tenant leaves a mess, your vacancy clock is running. Send photos from the walk-through and approve the quote by text, and you do not have to meet us there. We send photos of the empty unit when we are done. Turnovers like this are common around Tempe rentals at the end of the school year and across the Mesa and Phoenix rental market.
Snowbirds closing up or selling
Winter visitors selling an Arizona place, or downsizing a second home, usually have a short window before they head north in spring. We clear out what is not coming along: patio sets, spare beds, old TVs and the garage. If you have already left town, a neighbor or property manager can let us in.
Realtors before listing photos
Empty rooms photograph bigger. If a seller has moved but left furniture, garage junk or a backyard pile, we can clear it before the photographer arrives. Give us the photo date. If the house is a full estate rather than a few leftovers, see our estate cleanout page.
