Mesa covers a lot of ground, and the junk changes as you drive east. Around Dobson Ranch and west Mesa it is established homes with full garages. Downtown and along Main Street you find older houses and rentals. Further east are the RV and park-model resorts full of winter visitors, then Las Sendas and Red Mountain on the hills, and the newer builds out at Eastmark.

Winter visitor and park-model move-outs
Mesa has more park-model and RV resorts than almost anywhere in the Valley, and a lot of the people living in them are snowbirds. When someone sells a park model, heads home for good, or a family is clearing out a relative's unit, there is usually a lot of furniture packed into a small space.
These jobs come with their own rules. Many resorts have quiet hours, narrow lanes and limits on where a trailer can park. Tell us the resort and lot number and we will plan the parking and timing. If you are already back up north, you can arrange access with the office or a neighbor and approve the quote by text. We send photos when the unit is empty. Hillside homes in Las Sendas and Red Mountain
Up in Las Sendas and around Red Mountain, the homes are bigger and the driveways are steeper. Hot tubs, patio sets, gym equipment and garages full of storage bins are common. Steep driveways and tight turnarounds matter for a 14-foot trailer, so a photo of the street and driveway helps as much as a photo of the junk.

Distance does not change our trailer prices: $149 for a single item or minimum load, $299 for a half trailer, $599 for a full one. Disposal fees, loading and sweep-up are included. Heavy material like concrete, tile or rock is quoted by weight. Full details are on our pricing section.
