North Scottsdale homes in DC Ranch, Grayhawk, Troon, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Silverleaf, Desert Mountain and around Pinnacle Peak tend to have three things in common: a gate, an HOA with rules about contractors, and large furniture that two people need to plan around.
We are based on the north side, so North Scottsdale is a short drive for us. Text a photo to (206) 554-1524 with your community name and we will handle the access details up front.
Gate access and HOA contractor rules
Most guard-gated communities here want a name on the list before a contractor arrives, and many HOAs set hours for work trucks and limit how long a trailer can sit on the street. Tell us your community when you book. We will give you the name to put on the list and keep the trailer on your driveway, not the street, wherever possible.
If you will not be home, approve the quote by text and leave the items in the garage or on a covered patio. We load, sweep and send a completion photo.
Heavy furniture, done carefully
Big homes mean big pieces: oversized sectionals, solid wood armoires, stone-top patio tables, home gym racks and pool tables. We pad doorways, protect stone and wood floors, and take apart what needs to come apart. Good pieces go to donation first.
Hot tubs are common here too. We cut them into sections in the backyard and carry them out through the side gate. See hot tub removal for how that works.
- Sectionals, sleeper sofas and recliners
- Patio sets, fire tables and old outdoor kitchen appliances
- Hot tubs and swim spa covers
- Gym equipment and pool tables
- Wine fridges, garage fridges and freezers
Short-term rental refreshes
Plenty of North Scottsdale homes run as furnished short-term rentals or seasonal leases. When an owner or manager refreshes the furniture, the old set has to be gone before the new delivery arrives and before the next guest checks in. We work to the turnover window. Book it, tell us the delivery time and we will clear the space ahead of it.
Managers handling several homes can text us each address with photos, and we quote each one separately.
Desert landscaping and storm cleanup
Lots backing onto the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and the desert around Troon and Desert Mountain collect dead palo verde limbs, dried brush and broken landscape lighting, and monsoon storms between July and September add downed branches and shredded shade sails. We haul the debris and leave the yard raked where we loaded. Rock and decomposed granite are heavy, so they are quoted by weight.
Pricing and same-day odds
A single heavy item is $149. A room set or a garage side is usually a half trailer at $299. A full trailer is $599, and multi-load jobs are priced per load. Disposal fees are included. Same-day is realistic here when you call before noon, because this is on our home route. We also cover Scottsdale and Carefree on the same runs.
