Pinkies trailer loaded with drywall, cabinets and palm fronds outside a remodel

Construction debris removal in Phoenix

Remodel debris loaded by us and gone the same day. No roll-off sitting in your driveway for a week.

  • One truck, one 14-yard dump trailer
  • Price confirmed before we load
  • Donated and recycled first
  • Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm, same-day when the route has room

Remodels make two kinds of mess: the one you planned for, and the pile in the driveway that nobody wants to deal with. Pinkies hauls construction and renovation debris across the Phoenix metro for homeowners doing their own projects and for contractors who would rather spend the day building than driving to the dump.

We bring a 14-yard dump trailer and load it ourselves. No renting a roll-off, waiting for delivery, filling it over a week and hoping the HOA does not notice. We show up, load, sweep and leave.

Junk removal or a roll-off dumpster?

A dumpster makes sense for a months-long build that produces debris every day. For a kitchen tear-out, a bathroom gut or a flooring swap, it often costs more than it saves: delivery and pickup fees, HOA approval for driveway placement in some neighborhoods, and you still do all the loading. With us, the debris leaves the same day, usually for less than the dumpster plus your weekend.

For bigger projects, book us at the end of each phase (demo, then rough-in leftovers, then final cleanup) so debris never piles up on site.

What we haul from remodels

If it came out of a house and two people can lift it, it is usually a standard load.

  • Drywall, plaster scraps and old insulation
  • Kitchen cabinets, countertops and bathroom vanities
  • Carpet, pad, laminate and wood flooring
  • Tile, stone and concrete (quoted by weight)
  • Lumber, trim, doors and windows
  • Old wood and metal fencing
  • Water heaters, toilets and sinks
  • Boxes, pallets and packaging from new installs

Where it goes

Cabinets, doors and fixtures that come out in good shape are set aside for donation. Metal goes to recycling. The rest goes to the transfer station; loads from central and south Phoenix typically go to the City of Phoenix 27th Avenue Transfer Station.

Heavy material and what we cannot take

Tile, mortar, concrete, brick and rock are dense. A trailer of tile weighs far more than a trailer of cabinets, so heavy material is quoted by weight instead of trailer space. Mention it up front and the price will be right.

We cannot take asbestos or suspected asbestos. Older Valley homes can have it in popcorn ceilings, some floor tile and mastic, and pipe wrap. If your house is from before the 1980s and you are opening up ceilings or floors, have it tested before demo. We also cannot take wet paint, solvents, adhesives, fuel or anything leaking.

For contractors and DIY remodelers

Handymen, flooring installers and small remodelers can text a photo of the pile with the address, and we reply with the size and the next open window. You do not need to be on site if the debris is accessible and the quote is approved. This works well for jobs in Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix where the site needs to be clean before the client walk-through. Everyone gets the same trailer-load pricing.

If the remodel also means clearing the garage or replacing old appliances, add them to the same load. See garage cleanouts and appliance removal.

FAQ

Construction debris: common questions

How much does construction debris removal cost in Phoenix?

Most remodel debris is priced by trailer space: $149 minimum, $299 for a half trailer and $599 for a full trailer of about 14 cubic yards, including loading and disposal. Tile, concrete, rock and dirt are quoted by weight.

Is it cheaper than renting a dumpster?

For a one-room remodel or a one-time cleanup, often yes. There is no rental period or driveway placement, and we do the loading. For long builds with daily debris, a dumpster can make more sense.

Do you haul drywall and old cabinets?

Yes. Drywall, cabinets, countertops, vanities, flooring, lumber, doors and fixtures are all standard loads.

Can you take tile and concrete?

Yes, in amounts the trailer can safely carry. Because they are heavy, they are priced by weight rather than by how much trailer space they fill.

Do you take asbestos?

No. We cannot haul asbestos or suspected asbestos material. Have older ceilings, floor tile or mastic tested before demolition.
