Phoenix is big enough that junk removal here means very different jobs depending on the neighborhood. In Arcadia it is often remodel debris and the contents of a house about to be torn down. In the historic districts it is a 1930s bungalow with a narrow driveway and an alley out back. In Ahwatukee and Laveen it is a stucco two-story with a full garage.
We handle all of it the same way: you text a photo, we give you a trailer-size estimate, and the price we confirm when we arrive is the price you pay. Our trailer holds about 14 cubic yards, and our pricing is simple: $149 for a single item, $299 for a half trailer, $599 for a full one.
Arcadia and Biltmore teardowns and remodels
Arcadia lots keep getting rebuilt, and before demolition or a big remodel someone has to empty the house. That usually means old furniture, a garage full of tools and holiday decorations, patio sets, and sometimes a pool table or a safe. We clear the contents so the contractor starts with an empty shell.
Once work starts, we also haul the stuff the dumpster cannot fit or the crew did not plan for: cabinets, vanities, old doors, carpet and drywall scraps. Heavy material like tile and concrete is quoted by weight. More on that on our construction debris removal page.
Historic districts and alley access
Willo, Encanto-Palmcroft and Coronado have older homes with tight driveways, detached garages and alleys behind the lots. A lot of the junk in these neighborhoods lives in the back: a collapsed shed, a garage that has been storage since the 1980s, or a pile of yard debris along the alley wall.
If your alley is passable, we can often load from the back and keep the trailer off a narrow street. Tell us when you text whether the alley is open and roughly how wide it is. Low branches and overhead lines matter with a 4-foot-sided trailer, so a quick photo of the alley helps.
Ahwatukee, Laveen and the rest of the city
South of South Mountain, Ahwatukee jobs are mostly garages, backyard furniture and the remnants of moves. Laveen has a lot of newer homes and bigger lots, so playsets, old fencing and landscaping cleanups are typical there. Maryvale and west Phoenix calls are often single appliances or a couch on the curb that bulk trash did not take.
We are based in North Phoenix, so central and north Phoenix are the easiest same-day stops. South and west Phoenix are covered too, and booking a day ahead gets you a firmer window.
Bulk trash day or call now?
The City of Phoenix collects bulk trash on a neighborhood schedule, and it has rules about what goes out, how big the pile can be and when you can set it out. If your date is soon and your pile fits the rules, it is a fine option. If your date is weeks away, the HOA is sending letters, or you have a remodel's worth of debris, calling us is faster.
Loads from Phoenix typically go to the City of Phoenix 27th Avenue Transfer Station or the North Gateway Transfer Station, depending on which side of town the job is on. Usable furniture and working appliances are dropped at donation first.
